Product Manager (Philippines)
As a Mobile F2P Product Manager, you will define and drive the product strategy required to achieve a game’s player and business outcomes. You have a deep understanding of the mobile F2P ecosystem and can combine product intuition, player insight, market knowledge and data to determine what we should build, why it matters, and how we know whether it is working.
You will work closely with Design, Art, Engineering, Analytics and other disciplines to guide games from early validation through launch and, ultimately, into successful live services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for a game, using game data, player behaviour, market intelligence and product judgment to establish a clear path toward success.
- Guide products through different stages of development, from prototype validation and early retention testing through soft launch, scaling and live operations.
- Prioritize the highest-value opportunities based on expected impact, evidence, development cost and the needs of the product at its current stage.
- Stay deeply connected to the mobile F2P market through market intelligence, competitor analysis and in-depth game deconstructions, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
- Own key product outcomes across engagement, retention, progression and monetization; form hypotheses, run appropriate tests and experiments, and iterate based on evidence.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to shape game economy, progression, monetization and live-ops strategy, while creating alignment around the problems we are solving and the outcomes we want to achieve.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in mobile F2P games, with strong knowledge of the market, business model and player ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of F2P game economies, progression systems, monetization and live-ops strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency across key F2P metrics, including retention, engagement, progression, LTV, ARPDAU, payer conversion and economy health.
- Demonstrated ability to turn data, player behaviour and market evidence into hypotheses, decisions and product strategy.
- Ability to deconstruct mobile games beyond surface-level features, identifying the “why” and “so what” behind their success or failure.
- Strong prioritization, communication and product judgment, with the ability to develop clear options, make recommendations and navigate uncertainty.
