At Altitude Games, we embrace remote work, but we also recognize the value of face-to-face interactions. Recently, we held a co-work day at GreatWork in SM Mega Tower, where the stunning view of Mandaluyong added an extra layer of inspiration to our gathering.
The high vantage point allowed us to appreciate the vibrant cityscape, which provided a refreshing backdrop for our discussions.
The spacious area was perfect for our needs, enabling teams to break away into smaller groups for focused conversations. This setup encouraged collaboration and allowed for deeper brainstorming sessions.
The meeting began with gratitude expressed for everyone’s effort to attend, especially considering the challenging commute.

The day was filled with important discussions as we shifted our focus to new priorities and set goals for the remaining months of the year. Each team presented their initial plans and ideas, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere.
Reflecting on our journey over the last 16 months, we shared the incredible progress made—from an initial idea to building and launching a web-based portal filled with games and prizes. A particularly inspiring moment was the introduction of the ‘1% theory,’ encouraging everyone to aim for a 1% improvement in their work. Over time, these small changes can lead to significant collective progress.
