Marketing Artist (Philippines)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Marketing Artist to join our team.

As the Marketing Artist you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of content to attract and engage players across our entire game ecosystem. You will be an all-rounder, being able to work on multiple tasks from concept through to completion. 

You will report to the Art Director and collaborate across disciplines (art, design, and engineering) to help the company meet its goals of product visibility, brand development and user acquisition.


  • Produce high quality motion graphics, multimedia content and static graphics for social media, online stores and websites. For example, game trailers, mobile ads, banner graphics, promotional material for online events.
  • Produce internal content. For example, monthly highlight reels, brand guidelines, presentation templates.
  • Record game footage from internal development builds to be used in game trailers and other marketing materials.
  • Maintain and enforce a consistent brand identity for all company brands and products.
  • Apply revisions and feedback from the Art Director and other senior team members.
  • Contribute to internal discussions about content development and production scope.
  • Prepare deliverables using the latest brand guidelines and format specifications.
  • Abiding by the established processes of the production pipeline.
  • Manage time effectively across your workload and ask for assistance when needed. 
  • Routinely upload your work to the shared Google Drive.


  • 5+ years working as a motion designer, graphic designer or similar marketing type role.
  • Excellent motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, typography and video editing skills. 
  • A deep understanding of the current standards and practices for mobile game marketing.
  • A deep understanding of aesthetics and information hierarchy.   
  • A familiarity and appreciation of the constraints that apply to online marketing.
  • Examples of past projects/campaigns that demonstrate a broad range of relevant skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse and dispersed team.
  • A collaborative mindset. Confidence in your own ideas but also the ability to embrace input from others with the goal of achieving the best outcomes.
  • High proficiency with the following software:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator etc.)

Desirable Experience:

  • Worked directly for a mobile game studio.
  • A passion for playing games and game culture.
  • Experience with the following types of software:
    • 3D (eg. Blender, 3DS Max)
    • Google Drive (eg. Docs, Slides)
    • Project management (eg. Jira)
