On March 25, 2026, our team gathered at Ascott Makati for another unforgettable cowork day. This event has become a key part of our culture as a remote-first company.
This quarter’s cowork day was extra special, with Julien, our General Manager, and Jordan, our Design Director, flying in from Australia to join over 50 team members from the Philippines. Their presence brought fresh energy and inspiration to the day’s activities.
The morning kicked off with an awesome presentation and workshop led by Jordan, sparking creativity and collaboration across the team. We were also delighted to welcome our incoming student interns, who joined the morning session and got a firsthand look at our culture of learning and collaboration. Afterward, we enjoyed a scrumptious lunch together, a simple but meaningful reminder of the joy of sharing meals in person.
In the afternoon, teams split into smaller groups for playtest sessions, discussions, and collaboration. Each group explored ideas, tested concepts, and then presented a summary of their insights and plans for the next 3-6 months. These sessions gave everyone a chance to align on priorities, share ideas, and get excited about the road ahead.
And of course, no cowork day would be complete without a dose of fun. The evening wrapped up with a lively karaoke session, where voices (and laughter) filled the room, reminding us that connection goes beyond work, it’s about celebrating each other too!
Cowork days happen once every three months, and they are vital for us as a remote team. They give us the chance to strengthen bonds, spark collaboration, and recharge our collective energy. As we look forward to the next quarter, we carry with us the memories of this day, proof that even in a remote setup, our culture thrives when we come together.
