From Interns to In-Game Legends: Altitude Games’ Historic First Mentorship Program

When we launched our very first internship program at Altitude Games, we aimed to discover fresh talent across multiple disciplines. We hoped to mentor the next generation of game developers, but this inaugural group exceeded our highest expectations. They performed so exceptionally that we hired 100% of our first-ever batch of interns into full-time roles!

Abbi and Reiden crafted creative player mechanics, refined live-game balance, and brought fresh, bold ideas directly into active production.Rayben hunted down critical bugs, strengthened release stability, and meticulously guarded the player experience. Josh shipped clean, production-ready code, integrated core backend features, and tackled complex logic alongside our senior developers.

Launching a brand-new internship program always comes with unknowns, but this batch set an incredible benchmark for everyone who follows. They didn’t just shadow our team. They actively shipped real features, raised the quality of our projects, and brought an inspiring energy to the studio every single day.

A heartfelt thank you to De La Salle University for collaborating with us. The caliber, work ethic, and industry-readiness of DLSU students set an exceptionally high standard. We admire your commitment to cultivating top-tier talent in the Game Development space. Animo!

Huge thanks to the powerhouse trio behind the scene: Jao in Engineering, Anj in QA, and Design Director Jordan. You didn’t just guide them, you set them up to thrive in the real world.

Please join us in congratulating our newest full-time staff! Welcome to the main roster. We can’t wait to see the worlds we’ll build together next.
