Last Tuesday, August 12, 2025, the Altitude Games team came together at Ascott, Makati, for a full-day coworking session designed to reconnect with one another, reflect on our progress, and realign for the months ahead. With the second half of the year in motion, it was the perfect moment to pause, recalibrate, and strengthen our collective momentum.
Morning Sessions: Strategy, Learning, and Insight
We began the day with a strategic presentation from our General Manager, which revisited our goals, celebrated recent wins, and identified areas for growth. The session centered on:
- Team progress and alignment
- Strategic concepts to guide our next chapter
- Reinforcing our cultural values and shared purpose
Following this, teams broke out into retrospectives to assess recent milestones and surface opportunities for improvement. We also explored standout examples from our industry, diving into how different disciplines contribute to player engagement and product excellence.
Afternoon Alignment: Planning the Path Forward
After a well-deserved lunch break and time to reconnect informally, the afternoon shifted toward planning and alignment. Teams shared their highlights and next steps, sparking lively discussions and plenty of cross-team ideas. We wrapped things up with open time for spontaneous brainstorming and deeper chats, and of course, good collaboration.
Bonus Round: Unofficial Encore
While the official agenda ended at 4:00 PM, a few team members kept the energy going with an impromptu karaoke session nearby. Not part of the program – but definitely part of the Altitude spirit!
