After a restful Holy Week break, the team came back recharged and ready just in time for another awesome co-work day at Mandaluyong! As a remote studio, these in-person meetups are something we genuinely look forward to. It’s not just about getting things done, it’s also about catching up face-to-face, throwing ideas around in real time, and sharing a lot of laughs along the way.
This time, our Product Managers led the charge, focusing on one clear goal: to shape a solid product launch plan.
We dove into defining quality expectations per milestone, clarifying roadmap items, and building stronger collaboration across the team.
Even more exciting, our Art Director, Tom, flew in all the way from Australia to join us in person and lead a hands-on art session.
Our artists got to sketch, share, and have a full-on creative bonding moment while the rest of the team kept things moving with focused group discussions and alignment meetings.
Our team enjoyed a buffet lunch with a stunning skyscraper view. Food, good conversations, and a breathtaking backdrop – it was the perfect pause to relax, bond over food, and fuel up for the rest of the day.
The team later split into smaller groups to dive into team-specific discussions, allowing each department to focus on their priorities, align on current goals, and address any blockers in a more targeted setting.
By the end of the day, we wrapped up with a fresh burst of inspiration, and a collective energy that left us genuinely excited for what’s on the horizon.
