As part of our commitment to advance technology and innovation, Altitude Games joined the 2025 Regional Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (RSTW) on November 25, 2025. The event is a comprehensive festival of education, designed to educate, collaborate, celebrate achievements, and inspire the public towards smart and sustainable growth. The Department of Science & Technology (DOST) has designed this event to be highly engaging and multi-faceted, utilizing various formats to appeal to different audiences.

Our Product Manager, Shane Salvan, joined as a resource speaker and gave a talk on “Keeping the Game Alive: The Economics of Sustainable Game Development.” He shared insights on the financial and strategic side of keeping games thriving long after launch. He discussed how developers can build sustainable models through monetization, community engagement, and long-term planning. The session also touched on the challenges of balancing creativity with business needs, offering insights into how games can thrive in a competitive and evolving market. Sharing insights learned and real world scenarios from their time in the industry to the students.
