On December 9, 2025, the Altitude Games team gathered at Ascott Hotel, Makati for a full-day celebration that blended productivity, creativity, and pure fun. It was a chance to reflect on the year’s milestones, reconnect in person, and gear up for the exciting road ahead.
Co-Work Day
The day began with an inspiring opening that set the tone for collaboration from Keith Morales, our Operations Director. This was followed by a deep dive into technical learnings and the ABE initiative by Robert Vally, our Technical Director.
Breakout discussions encouraged everyone to contribute ideas, which later came to life in team presentations. After lunch, retrospectives and planning sessions helped us align on priorities for the coming year, capped off with more presentations that showcased bold visions for 2026.
It was a day of reflection, motivation, and forward-looking energy, proof that even in a co-work setting, creativity thrives when we come together.
Year-End Party
As the sun set, the atmosphere shifted from focused collaboration to festive celebration. With the theme of Christmas Colors, the evening was filled with laughter, games, and camaraderie.
The party opened with a warm video message from Julien, our General Manager, who reflected on the year’s highlights and achievements while welcoming everyone to the celebration.
- Our Sweepstakes raffle brought excitement and surprise to lucky winners.
- Bingo rounds kept everyone on their toes, sparking cheers and playful banter.
- The Human Christmas Tree challenge stole the spotlight with hilarious and heartwarming creativity.
- And of course, Karaoke brought the house down as voices soared and spirits lifted.
The celebration reflected our unity and optimism for the future, capped with a group photo to remember the night.
